- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Tenderloins
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Thousand Island dressing
- 1 bottle of BBQ Sauce (any brand, I use one with no MSG and no high fructose)
Combine all ingredients in a Gallon Size Freezer Bag.
Freeze flat until ready to cook.
When you are ready to cook this, put all ingredients into a crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on high.
Stir and pull chicken apart after 4 hours for pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches.
